Critiques
The intricate forms on the right have captivating detail that reminds me of fractals. The picture has an overall unearthly feel to it. What's more - it inspires the viewer to imagine, to invent a story or a concept behind the forms. For example it makes me think of evolution.
Another thing thatimmediately caught my eye is the balance of the colors. The reds and browns pop out very nicely against the blues. The combination is very pleasing to the eye.
It also has this fascinating alternation between strong contrast and soft gradation.
